Moondust is a bedtime game changer. I'm a week in to using this product and it's exactly what I've been needing to get a restful nights sleep. I mix it with a flavored carbonated drink (trust me it makes a difference for taste) and within 30 minutes, sometimes quicker I'm ready for bed.
